At both farms, the staff implements some\u003cbr\u003eof the most modern processing technology\u003cbr\u003ewe’ve seen in Latin America, contributing to\u003cbr\u003eeach coffee’s consistency and quality. In\u003cbr\u003eaddition, Finca Medina has been a member of\u003cbr\u003ethe Antigua Coffee Producers Association since\u003cbr\u003e2000 and maintained a focus on producing\u003cbr\u003eRainforest Alliance-certified coffees in recent\u003cbr\u003eyears.\u003cbr\u003eThis estate coffee includes cherries from the\u003cbr\u003eoriginal Finca Medina estate plus Anexo Portal, a\u003cbr\u003eproperty that was acquired in 2016.
